So, try your best not to permit the fear of depression to carry you toward a deeper depression.

3. Do not depend on your feelings, but stand on what is actually true. You simply can't trust your emotions because your emotions will tell you lies really badly during the course of a season of deep depression. And depression can launch you into attacks of anxiety or they could have you lying in the bed most of the time. Recognize that your emotions just respond to the things you are thinking. So, set your mind and depend on the truth that you are truly a cherished individual who is not going to stay depressed. So, don't permit gloominess of depression to overwhelm your lifestyle.
